BIBLE IN A YEAR AND CATECHISM IN A YEAR

Follow along with the official Bible in a Year Reading Plan: https://tinyurl.com/yhkdmdmy - The Bible in a Year podcast, Fr. Mike Schmitz walks you through the entire Bible in 365 episodes, providing commentary, reflection, and prayer along the way. Unlike any other Bible podcast, Ascension’s Bible in a Year podcast follows a reading plan inspired by The Great Adventure Bible Timeline, a ground-breaking approach to understanding salvation history developed by renowned Catholic Bible scholar Jeff Cavins.

For each period in the timeline, Jeff will join Fr. Mike for a special episode that will help you understand the context of each reading. With this podcast, you won’t just read the Bible in a year … you’ll finally understand how all the pieces of the Bible fit together to tell an amazing story that continues in your life today!

1) Read the ENTIRE Bible 2) Feel more confident about your understanding of Scripture 3) Experience the transformative power of God’s Word in your daily life 4) Start seeing the world through the lens of Scripture Each 20-25 minute episode includes: - Two to three scripture readings - A reflection from Fr. Mike Schmitz - A guided prayer to help you hear God’s voice in his Word The Bible contains adult themes that may not be suitable for children - parental discretion is advised.
 you!

Diocese Launches
"My Daily Prayer"

“My Daily Prayers” is a FREE daily recording of prayers led by the bishops and priests of the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland, delivered each day through email to those who sign up.  “My Daily Prayers” is an excellent way for the clergy of the diocese to connect “one on one” in prayer with individuals on a daily basis.  Each day’s recording lasts less than 10 minutes and shares a short reflection followed by prayers to foster a closer relationship with our Lord.

                     EUCHARISTIC MIRACLES
Theology and scripture put aside, some of the most compelling pieces of evidence are when the Eucharist has quite literally changed into Jesus’ body and blood. It’s happened throughout history but as we can often be sceptical of events that happened long ago here we have compiled a list of Eucharist miracles, all of which happened in the last 25 years!

                LIVING IN THE DIVINE WILL
Here is the news of the message of Luisa Piccarreta: the Divine Will operating in the creature and the creature divinely operating in it. The news is this Grace of graces, this "gift of gifts": not only doing what God wants, but being sure that His Will becomes part of the creature, shapes in the man "His life", to live and reign with It and in It, in a constant exchange of human and Divine will, which returns to the creature the divine likeness lost through sin.
