LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
Our last day for the 2009-2010 school year is Wednesday, June 9. Dismissal will follow the Awards Assembly and Benediction at 12 noon. There is no bus service. Anyone who wishes to have a picnic on our grounds is welcome to do so.

THANK YOU
We are grateful for your cooperation throughout the year as we partnered to educate the children of St. Helen School. We have completed a wonderful, fruitful year of grace and blessing, and we look forward to a happy, healthy summer and a new year of blessing for the 2010-2011 school year.

ST. HELEN PARENT PARTNERS’ SURVEY
Thank you to the families who have completed the survey through our website. This is the first time we have used the "monkey-survey", and a few glitches have been worked out that were called to our attention. The purpose of this survey is to identify the qualities and characteristics that are most desired in our students. In several cases it is obvious that we want "all of the above" qualities. Most questions were focused on the common characteristics we are looking for in our children. Other surveys in the future will help to identify different specific information. Thank you for your patience with our first attempt. If you have not used the survey yet, please go on-line as soon as possible or use the paper copies provided. You may also request another paper copy. The last day for collecting surveys will be Thursday, June 10. Thank you!

We sadly bid farewell to Miss Beth Herdering, our fourth grade teacher, who will be leaving us after this school year. Miss Herdering has been much loved over the past three years, and will move on to Notre Dame to teach seventh grade English. We wish her well. Since we just learned this news on June 2, we will work very hard in June to choose the most highly qualified teacher to teach grade 4 for the 2010-2011 school year. Please keep this intention in your prayers.
