St. Helen's LIFE TEEN proudly presents its 9th annual Corporate/Celebrity Golf Outing and Fundraiser.

When: September 15th, 2008
Where: Fowler's Mill Golf Course (a Pete Dye Masterpiece!), Chesterland, Ohio

Golfers will enjoy 18 holes of golf, including cart, a buffet lunch, steak and chicken buffet dinner, and hot dogs and beverages throughout the day. There will be numerous giveaways and skills contests with excellent prizes. Once again, Len Barker, who pitched a perfect game for the Indians in 1981, will be our Celebrity Chair Person and will be auctioning off items such as spa and vacation resort packages, dinner and golf packages, and all sorts of sports memorabilia signed by famous celebrity athletes. Guests will also enjoy a silent auction including many items attractive for every member of the family.

Playing on one of Ohio's top rated golf courses is a great way to entertain customers while supporting the LIFE TEEN Ministry of St. Helen Church. Come hungry!

Celebrities who played last year's outing and/or plan to be with us this year's event include; Len Barker, Kevin Rhomberg, Ron Pruitt, Jim Houston, Rich Rollins, Vern Fuller, Rick Manning, Joe Charboneau, Andre Thorton, Hal Naragon, and Garry Roggenburk. The list of names will grow as many other celebrities are being asked to join us!

LIFE TEEN is a comprehensive youth ministry program whose mission is to create an environment that leads high school teenagers into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ and His Church. This mission is accomplished through the celebration of the Mass, educational programs, and social justice/service projects, which work together to build up and enrich the lives of today's youth. Our LIFE TEEN ministry draws teens from the tri-county area and is open to all denominations. The funds from this outing will go to support all the aspects of the St. Helen LIFE TEEN Ministry.
